劉欣 博士，研究員，2006年于德國奧爾登堡大學獲得理學博士學位，之后分別在德國海岸研究中心和英國伯明翰大學從事博士后研究與教學活動。主要從事海岸帶溢油污染仿真決策支持系統研究和受溢油污染的海岸帶生態系統損害價值評估。目前主持國家自然科學基金項目一項，已發表科研論文18篇，其中SCI論文11篇。

招生方向：環境數值模擬、環境遙感與地理信息系統。

招生要求：具有計量經濟學或物理海洋科學基礎，溝通能力好，有Fortran，MATLAB編程能力或者熟悉ARCGIS、Eviews、SPSS操作，勤奮刻苦，有較好的英語基礎。
