    1) 河口-近海新污染物檢測的新方法、新技術的開發與應用

    2) 近海新污染物的入海通量與源匯過程;

    3) 河口-海灣-大洋新污染的環境行為與生態效應 

     

    國際合作:與德國亥姆霍茲海岸化學研究所、英國Lancaster大學、瑞典農業(SLU)大學、日本愛媛(Ehime)大學、澳大利亞科廷(Curtin)大學等建立了長期緊密的合作關系。
